Hydradermabrasion is the technical name of the procedure for what is commonly referred to as a "HydraFacial", due to the common brand name of a hydradermabrasion machine.

Hydradermabrasion is the most modern and innovative way of performing a machine operated facial that instantly delivers noticeable results, leaving your skin shiny and smooth.

Our Hydradermabrasion machine at Rosenfeld Esthetics Women's Spa has a special feature that performs a gentle exfoliation by using ultrasonic vibrations to remove dirt, makeup, oil, blackheads, whiteheads, sebum, bacteria, dead skin cells, and other impurities.

The ultrasonic exfoliation is followed up by applying serums to assist the process of exfoliation, removing more impurities and revealing the fresh appearance of the layers of skin below the trapped and embedded dead skin cells.

The Hydradermabrasion machine uses a suction simultaneously with water, to remove the serums and clear off the rest of the debris

Anti-Aging Hydradermabrasion

This treatment starts with a Hydradermabrasion Facial to promote healthy skin, product penetration, and cell turnover. Removing dead skin cells through exfoliation reveals the newer shiny fresh layers of skin below them.

The Anti-aging Hydradermabrasion treatment addresses our skin's aging process, which is caused by a decline in our natural collagen and hyaluronic acid production. Additionally, our skin is exposed to environmental stress, free radicals, inflammation, and sunshine (especially here in Pacific Beach and sunny San Diego). These factors increase the aging process, but there are now interventions that we can all apply to treat and mitigate these factors.

Non-invasive procedures (Radiofrequency, Ultrasound, and red spectrum LED treatments) are used in this treatment as a pain free and non-invasive method to stimulate collagen production in your skin, combating the effects of aging.

Gentle solutions of lactic acid, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C, are infused into the skin after the Hydradermabrasion Facial is performed. This is followed by a radiofrequency treatment, and an ultrasound facial, where more products are infused to the skin. The Anti-Aging Hydradermabrasion Facial finishes with a red spectrum LED light for 20 minutes.

This treatment starts with a Hydradermabrasion to remove whiteheads, blackheads, dirt, makeup, sebum, sweat, oil, and other impurities that are embedded into the skin.

The products, solutions, and treatments are selected to treat and control factors that produce acne by drying out localized areas and reducing the inflammation of the skin.

A blue spectrum LED light is applied for 20 minutes. Blue LED has been clinically proven to reduce acne, reduce inflammation, and reduce the presence of bacteria on the skin.
